Fully automatic Working quality Production line for medical 3-Ply face masks Consists of three Parts:
1- Fabric rolls Parts.
2- Fabric bending and welding .
3- Ear Loop welding.
4- Finished masks conveyor belt.
5- Screw Head Compressor from US- Air compressors producing very dry air with two pressure tanks equipped by automatic water discharge valves, and an air cooling unit to remove humidity and water droplets from the air.
6- Mask fabric rolls will be given for free .
we are ready to supervise the installation and the operations for 3 days if the location is within Greater Toronto area.
- Production rate minimum 8,000 to 12,000 masks production per day ( 8 hours working) and needs two personnel, one operator and one packaging labor.
